Abstract
PURPOSE: To simplify arrangements by fitting on a pallet a skirted guide pin which sets locations for not less than two different works and cutting the front end of the guide pin in a screw form in order to use it as a clamping bolt.
CONSTITUTION: In regard to a pallet 1 used to transfer works to a machine tool and clamp them, skirted parts 5A, 5B are formed on a guide pin 5 in order to locate more than two different works, a work 9 is located by a small diameter skirted part 5A and a larger work is located by a large diameter skirted part 5B. Further, on the point part of the guide pin 5 is made a thread part acted as a champ bolt and arrangements of the work can be simplified by fitting such a guide pin to the pallet 1.
