Abstract

Tool 9 is installed at a revolving holder which is capable of moving linearly along the three directions which cross rectangularly each other. Sleeve grooves 13aW16a to be formed make non-circular shape consisted of four circular arcs, and when a connecting pipe is inserted, it is fixed unrotatably at one of the four rotatable positions.
