Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent occurrence of an electric failure with a low potential at a tank center by permitting an electric insulation oil to circulate from a tank having a great space volume to a tank having a small.
CONSTITUTION: An insulation oil, is introduced from an upper tank 1, being supplied to a lower tank 2 through a coil 3 and core 4, as shown by arrow marks, and is circulated to the upper tank 1 through a pump 6A and cooler 5. The capacity of the tank 2 is about one fifth or sixth to one twelfth or thirteenth because it has no high-tension bushing lead 8 connected from the upper coil to a bushing 7. Therefore, if the charge density of the oil fed from the winding 3 to the tank 2 may be great, a distance between the lower face of the winding 3 and the lower face of the tank 2 is shortened, a potential in the center of the tank 2 is restricted less with the fact that a maximum potential value may be proportional to a square of the distance.
