Abstract
PURPOSE:To stably produce an aluminum-contained unidirectional silicon steel plate having high magnetic flux density by continuously annealing cold rolled steel plate containing C, Si and Al of special amounts in a hydrogen atmosphere at the end of decarburization annealing step for short time to thereby fastening the temperature rising speed of secondary recrystallization. CONSTITUTION:A cold rolled steel plate containing C<=0.08%, Si<=4.0% and Al<= 0.1% is annealed in a hydrogen atmosphere at the end of decarburization annealing step, containing more than 30% of hydrogen, at temperature range of 870-1,050 deg.C as the primary recrystallization step for less than 10 minutes continuously. It is then annealed at the temperature rising speed of 15 deg.C/hr at higher that 800 deg.C at the secondary recrystallization step to thereby obtain unidirectional silicon steel plate having higher than 1.90T or magnetic flux density.
