Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a simple construction product grip-transfer system having a gripping member on the tip of a support member with a special shape, a product grip detecting switch mechanism on said gripping member and gripper rails which can be transferred, and capable of transferring even products with different shapes. CONSTITUTION:A fitting member 4 is screwed on gripper rails 1 and 1, and the whole structures of said gripper rails 1 and 1 are laid along a fitting groove 5 and adjusted to the shapes of a product A. A circular bar shaped support member 6 whose tip portion is bent downward is provided on said fitting member 4 so as to project therefrom, and a gripper member 7 is slidably and turnably fitted on the tip portion of said member 6. Next, said rails 1 and 1 are set close to each other, and said product A is gripped by said member 7. When gripped accurately, said product A contacts by the edge thereof with a contactor 18 so that said contactor 14 transfers to work a microswitch 21. On inaccurate gripping, however, a press is stopped.
