Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:6-C substituted purine nucleoside of formula I (R is cyano, formula II ; R1, R2 are H, nitro, cyano, alkylcarbonyl, where the case when both are hydrogens at the same time is excluded; Y, Z are H, protecting group).
EXAMPLE: 9-β-D-Ribofuranosyl-6-ethoxycarbonylmethlpurine.
USE: Drug having antitumoregenic, adenylaminase inhibiting activities and synthetic of 6-C substituted purine nucleoside as 9-β- D-ribofuranosyl-6-methylpurine that has strong antitumoregenic and adenyldeaminase inhibiting activities.
PREPARATION: The reaction between 6-methylsulfonylpurine nucleoside of formula III and a compound of formula IV (R3, R4 are H, nitro; however, the case when they are both H at the same time are excluded) in the presence of cyanide ion or a base is effected to produce the compound of formula I.
