A watch circuit substate 5 is connected through a conductive rubber 4 or the like with a portion of the film 2. As a result, by connecting the film 2, the transmission and reception of the signal can be easily performed from the side of the windshield 1. In case, incidentally, the film is not exposed, a plane electrode is arranged to face the film 2 and is connected in an AC manner to feed the signal thereinto.
