At the same time, horizontal syndhronous signal 2c is obtained by isolating horizontal synchronous signal part 14 from signal 1a. Signal 2c is changed into signal 2d of double frequency through PLL. In order to extract the area of vertical synchronous signal 1b, integration output 2b is supplied to terminal D of the D-type flip-flop, and then frequency 2d of double horizontal synchronous signal is supplied to terminal K. As a result, signal 1b is delivered from output terminal Q.
