Abstract

PURPOSE: To make a quick motion mechanism compact by providing an arced long aperture on an operating lever and providing a pin with a quick sliding through a driving lever, and thus, effecting opening-and-closing operations of a disconnecting switch.
CONSTITUTION: A fan type operating lever 21 having an arced long aperture 23 is pivotably attached to a driving shaft 1 and a rod 7 is connected to the lever 21 through a connecting pin 22. When the operating lever 21 is rotated in clockwise by an operating device 10, the pin 22 rotats under engagement with the long aperture 23 and the rod 7 compresses a compression spring 6, further, the pin 22 engages with a driving lever 4. When the pin 22 is crossed over the dead point thereof, it slips quickly along the long aperture 23 by the released energy of the compression spring accompanying with the driving lever 4, and thereby, the driving shaft 1 and a single throw lever 12 is rotated quickly and opening-and-closing operations for a disconnecting switch 13 may be effected in quick motion.
