Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve the miniaturization of the device and perform good exposure by letting a flash light source of exposure emit light at every scanning of the original of a fixed quantity. This constitution makes possible the simple and small size constitution of the exposure device and lets good exposure be accomplished.
