PURPOSE:To ensure the steady injection of the FS (Frequency Shift) signal, by setting the high-low resonance frequency of the FS signal coupling circuit to be supplied to the distribution line to the prescribed state and thus securing the coincidence for the injected current in case the signal frequency is switched in order to reduce the transient phenomenon. CONSTITUTION:In case the FS signal is injected to distribution line 4, the coincidence is secured between the resonance frequency decided with constants L2 and C2 of the distribution coupling circuit. At the same time, the resonance frequency decided with constants L1 and C1 is set higher sufficiently than the signal band. The gate frequency of the FS signal is switched by transmission code generator CIN, and gate signals G1 and G2 are applied alternately to thyristors T1 and T2. Thus the FS signal is injected.
