Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure the assured signal transmission and at the same time omit the specific engineering work, by utilizing the space between the distribution line and the ground as the signal transmission means. CONSTITUTION:Zero-phase current transformer ZCT is provided between the power source side and the load side, and the signal emerges in the form of potential error ev at the area between the power source side and the load side of each distribution line which piercing through transformer ZCT when the AC signal current is supplied to the secondary winding. Then the load current is detected by transformer ZCT when the load current exceeds the allowance level and in case the specific load is cut off from the distribution line. And the transmitter sends the AC signal through transformer ZCT and in the form of the potential error between the load side and the power source side of the distribution line. Thus the potential is received at point A of the load side, and then relay X of receiver Re actuates to cut off specified load L3.
