PURPOSE:To enable to use the output voltage of the power feeding unit efficiently, by balancing the positive and negative sides of the applied voltage to the line through varied grounding point. CONSTITUTION:The power feeding circuit 1 is provided with the circuit 6 which can change the grounding point.
