Abstract

A level detecting circuit 12 inputs the output of the terminal 11e to a terminal 12a while applying reference voltage to a terminal 12i, voltage divided by means of breeder resistors 12bW12e and direct current voltage in the terminal 11e are compared by means of comparison circuits 12fW12h, and time constant resistors 9dW9f are selected by operating the switches 9aW9c of a saw-teeth-like wave generating circuit 9 and automatically changed over to time constants corresponding to input. Thus, observation can be facilitated because wave-forms that are easy to be observed can automatically be gained even if input frequency used for observation changes.
