Abstract
PURPOSE: To perform automatic thermo-regulation effectively and safely by detecting the temperature in a room and regulating the quantity of combustion in an air- lead type burner by a damper driven by a DC motor.
CONSTITUTION: The temperature in a room is detected by a thermistor 14 provided near a suction port 12 and its output is added to a thermamplifier 18 together with a current from a temperature-setting variable resistance VR1. The output of the amplifier 18 and a signal from a potentiometer 16 for detecting the opening of a damper, provided in the part of a DC motor 17 for driving the damper, are added to an error amplifier 19, and, the difference between both signals being amplified, the DC motor 17 is driven by the output thus obtained. By regulating the quantity of combustion of an air-lead type burner by the damper (not shown in the figure) driven by the DC motor 17, the continuous regulation of the quantity of combustion becomes possible, which eliminates noises and enables the improvement of the accuracy of control.
