Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable changing of a diameter of a bubble stabilizer even while it is operating for forming, by providing with an outer diameter adjuster in which the displacement of a plurarity of laminar objects displaces other laminar objects in sunchronism with the displacement of the aforesaid laminar objects, and as a result, an outer diameter varies. CONSTITUTION:A device consists of a resin bubble stabilizer proper 1 and an outer diameter adjuster 2. The stabilizer proper 1 is provided with an air flow passage 14 for forming a resin bubble 4 in such a manner as feeds air into a resin tubular object 3 coming out of an orifice 9 for expanding. The flow passage 14 connects together a lower end of the stabilizer proper 1 and an uppe end thereof, and air is fed in through the lower end and is fed out through the upper end. The outer diameter adjuster is constituted such that a plurarity of vanes 16 are provided at the whole circumference of a circular base plate 15 so that they can rock perpendicularly to a plate surface of the circular base plate 15. Said vanes are placed in such a state as lays a side of one vane of adjoining vanes on a side of another so that rocking of at least one vane 16 causes all other vanes to rock in synchronism with rocking of the one vane. Said outer diameter adjuster can be used in such a state as shown in a drawing, by securing the circular base plate 15 on the stabilizer proper 1.
