Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a watch circuit from being malfunctioned when a lamp is lit, by utilizing a coil for a speaker to prevent the occurrence of a rush current when the lamp is lit. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 1 for a lamp is turned on, a signal therefrom is applied to a base of a lamp drive transistor 6 through an inverter 23 and a lamp drive buffer inverter 24 so that the transistor 6 is turned on. However, a coil for a speaker 3 and a lamp 5 are connected in series between a high electric potential side and a collector of the lamp drive transistor 6. Though a filament of the lamp 5 is not hot or it is in a low-resistance state an inrush current is prevented from flowing, due to inductance of the coil for the speaker 3. In other words, a rush current never occurs.
