Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a formed material from being damaged at the time of removing it from a mold by using such a receiver-equipped tube manufacturing process that one end of a straight tube is kept in contact with a receiver forming mold whose core mold is provided with an elastic body. CONSTITUTION:An elastic body 3 is attached around a large diameter section 22 of a core mold 2 to form a receiver-forming mold, and this receiver-forming mold is kept in contact with an end of a straight tube 1 in such a manner that a small diameter section 21 of the core mold 2 is inserted into the end of the straight tube 1. A formed material, such as a thermal hardening resin solution impregnated glass roving mat, etc., is wound around on surrounding of the end section of the straight tube 1 and outside circumferential surface of the receiver-forming mold and heated to form a receiver-forming material layer 4. At first, the core mold 1 is pulled out, and then, the elastic body is made to come out from the forming material layer 4, so that a receiver-euipped tube is manufactured.
