Abstract

PURPOSE:To obviate the spilling of toners from a recovery route by constituting the toner recovery course by the recess provided to a frame and so designing said recess as to be hermetically closed by a cover. CONSTITUTION:A developing device 2 and cleaning device 3 are disposed around a photosensitve drum 1 and are mounted integrally to a frame 4. A recovery course 15 of toners in whcih a ladder chain 14 travels is constituted by the recess to the frame 4 and the outer side thereof is held hermetically closed by a cover 22. After the toners removed from the photosensitive drum 1 by the cleaning device 3 fall into a toner well 8, they are conveyed to the toner recovery course 15 by a lead screw 9 and are recovered along the recovery course 15 by the ladder chain 14.
