Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:An amino acid derivative of formula N-β-phenylpropionyl-R (R is tyrosine or trytophan residue).
USE: An analgesic, hypotensive, neurotropic, anticancer and antiviral agents, with strong effects of tyrosine or tryptophan in L-form or DL-form on nerve cells.
PROCESS: L-tyrosine, for example, is dissolved in an aqueous sodium hydroxide, and agitated for 4 hours with dropping of hydrocinnamoyl chloride, an ether and aqueous sodium hydroxide simultaneously, then adjusted to pH 1 by the addition of 10% hydrochloric acid, to deposit crystals, which are filtered and recrystallized, to give an amino acid derivative of the formula.
Derivatives of 1,3-substituted cycloalkane and cycloalkene, mixture of isomers or individual isomers, their hydrates and salts, method of their synthesis and pharmaceutical composition
5(6)-Phenyl-sulfonyloxy-benzimidazole derivatives, process for their production, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use against liver disorders.
