Abstract

PURPOSE:To make an interrupting possible without complicating switch control over a channel network while eliminating the need for a complex audio mixing circuit, by providing a circuit coordinate part with a stand-by function circuit. CONSTITUTION:When telephone sets S1 and S2 are engaged with each other via channel network SW, telephone sets S1 and S2 are coupled with function circuits CKT1 and CKT2 via a two-wire analog audio circuit and circuits CKT1 and CKT2 are connected to each other by a four-wire digital circuit via channel network SW. To interrupt a call connection between those telephone sets S1 and S2, control part CONT receives information on an interruption indication and an interrupting telephone from a master station and then connects it to circuit coordinate part LCn+1 on the basis of the interruption indication to exercise control over connecting circuit C2 with three-port audio mixing circuit M, and consequently its switches u<1>-u<3> are closed while switching control over switches SWL1 and SWS1 of circuit coordinate part LC1 of telephone set S1 is exercised on the basis of information on telephone set S1 to be interrupted. Consequently, the interruption comes into effect.
