Abstract

PURPOSE:To effect the grouping of electronic parts without failure by taking out the part one by one from the stocker, measuring the characteristic if each part, memorizing this measured result in the computer and then droping the part into the corresponding section of the grouping means rotated according to the memory. CONSTITUTION:An electronic part D is taken out one by one from a magnet stocker 1 containing a number of parts D by use of a circular rotatary drum 2 comprising a permanent magnet, and its electrical characteristic is measured by testers 4 and 5 through contact 3, thereafter the measured result is memorized in a computer. The part D is placed on a conveyor chain 8 by use of an extracting mechanism 6 and a chute 7 and then dropped into a corresponding section of a primary grouping means C comprising a primary grouping rack 11 and a detector 12 according to the memory in the computer by use of a hopper chute 9 and a rocking chute 10 when it reaches the end of the chain 8. Thereafter, a shutter 13 provided at the bottom of the primary grouping means C is operated and the part D is further dropped into a corresponding section of a secondary grouping means B located under the primary grouping means and comprising a rotary table 14, a shutter 15, a stationary table 16 and storing bottles 17.
