CONSTITUTION:A bonding agent is applied on one surface of a thermoplastic film 6 having a desired pattern, and the bonding agent donated surface is directed upward, and is heated and softened. The film is subjected to compressed air or vacuum absorption molding in a mold 7, and after a male mold 12 is superimposed thereon, a foaming polyurethane resin is injected, and a foaming polyurethane resin 10 is injected therein, and is foaming-molded, whereby a molded article in which the resin 10 and the decorative film are unitarily formed can be obtained.
