Abstract
PURPOSE:To accelerate boiling of a working fluid at a close pitch part, stabilize a performance and thus to increase maximum heat transmisson by inserting spiral fine wires with different pitch in an inner periphery of a vacuum vessel. CONSTITUTION:A spiral fine wire 14 is inserted in an inner periphery of a vacuum vessel 10 for a thermosyphon type heat pipe. The pitch becomes close at a part where the fine wire 14 is soaked in a working fluid, a space is formed by the fine wire 14a and the vacuum vessel 10, the working fluid is ready to bubble in the space, and thus boiling is induced and accelerated. An upper pitch of the fine wire 14 is coarse, and the condensed working fluid drops uniformly as forming a liquid membrane along the fine wire. Therefore, effective heating and evaporation are obtainable at a heating part 12.
