When the state change of information 1-1 is detected through the above- mentioned operation, central processing unit 5-2 judges the selective position of corresponding selective ON-OFF information and sends a selective control code to unit 2 via unit 4. In unit 2, this control code is converted by decoding circuit 2-7 into a number corresponding to the selective position. On the basis of the number, selective control output relay circuit 2-8 puts corresponding position selective relay 2-9 into operation to assign needed selective ON-OFF information 1-2. The assigned information 1-2 is sent out to unit 4 together with information 1-1 and recorded by recorder 6 via computer 5.
