Abstract

PURPOSE: To make easy the preset work of tax rate data, by reading out the tax rate data designated from the tax rate data memory section with an address designation code and calculating the tax amount data from this data and the unit price data input-processed.

CONSTITUTION: A central processing unit 1 incorporates, an operation circuit, instruction decoder and memory control circuit and the like, and a memory 4, keyboard display control circuit 5 and printer control circuit 6 are operated with the input signal from a control switch 2 and keyboard 3, for various operation processings. The memory 4 with this constitution is provided with a tax rate data memory section storing the various tax rate data with their addresses, and an address designation memory section storing the address designation code to select the tax rate with address designation from the designation key. Then, the tax rate data of the memory section is read out with the code designated with the keyboard 3, and the tax amount data is calculated at the unit 1 from the tax rate data and the unit price data input from the keyboard 3 for print out.
