Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare a continuously laminated glass plate by a method wherein a defoaming agent solution is coated onto a glass plate and a film whose both sides are sticky pressed on said glass plate and, after a release paper is removed, a defoaming agent solution is coated on said film and a glass plate is pressed thereon.
CONSTITUTION: A defoaming agent is coated from a coater 5 to a glass plate 3 with a predetermined dimension continuously conveyed on a conveyor belt 1 through a spacer 4. After coating, a film 7 whose both surfaces are sticky is withdrawn from a roll 8 and pressed on an upper surface of a glass plate 3 by a press roll 10. Thereby, a film 7 is adhered to a surface of a glass plate 3 and gas bubbles are exhausted along with a defoaming agent solution from an edge of a glass plate. Subsequently, a release paper 12 is removed from a film sticked onto a glass plate 3 and a defoaming agent solution is coated onto a film 7 from a coater 5. A second glass plate 14 is put on a film 7 through a conveyor roll 15, a taper 16 and pressed by a press roll 17. The film 7 of the obtained laminated product 18 is cut and said laminated product 18 is treated under pressure while heated within a heating furnace.
