CONSTITUTION:Two unit parts Ua and Ub of the CCD sensors of TDI (Time Delay Intergation) type which are arranged in parallel onto the semiconductor substrate are made to oppose to each other. And buffer amplifiers Ga and Gb are connected to output terminals 3a and 3b of serial parts Sa and Sb each, and these output ends are connected in common.
