Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the infiltration and leakage of a raw material into and from a gap formed between the end portions of a base plate by laying a hard bass plate on a carrier with its end faces contacted therewith, covering a space between the end portions with a tape-like material and foaming and molding a synthetic resin foaming raw material.
CONSTITUTION: A lower mold material A rotates in the arrow direction, and a side wall mold material B for the side wall rotates at an equal speed with that of the foundation material A and in the arrow direction so that an interval W is formed at its side end. Therefore, a base plate 1 is laid on the lower mold material A so that the end faces 1a are brought into mutual contact with each other. Under this condition, a tape-like material 3 is mounted on the base plate 1 so that it is applied over a range of fully covering a gap Δt between the end faces of the base plate 1, thereby to remove the harmful leakage of the synthetic resin foaming raw matrial out of the gap Δ at the joint part. Then, the synthetic resin foaming raw matrial 2a from the nozzle C is continuously supplied on the base plate, and thereafter a lining material 4 is laminated on the raw material 2a in the midway of the reaction.
