PURPOSE:To reduce the overshoot and undershoot of a DC motor at starting time and reduce the irregular rotation of the motor by providing switching means in a feedback circuit for negatively feeding back the output signal of an amplifier circuit for amplifying a speed signal to the speed signal. CONSTITUTION:First diode 23 is connected in a direction for forwardly biasing is connected to a DC motor A at starting time to both ends of a capacitor 22 forming a negative feedback circuit for negatively feeding back the output signal of an amplifier circuit G for supplying the speed signal amplified thereby to the DC motor A to the speed signal. Dividing resistors are connected between the output electrode of an amplifier transistor 16 and one voltage feeding line to divide the voltage therebetween, and second diode 24 is connected in a direction for reversely biasing to the motor A at starting time between the dividing point and the connecting point of the negative feedback resistor 21 and a capacitor 22.
