Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent slide surfaces of a commutator plate from being spoiled by a bonding agent, and balance a rotor easily, by providing that portion of a commutator plate which is on the inner side of the outer edge thereof with overflow preventing members for a bonding agent so as to prevent the bonding agent, which is used to bond the commutator plate to a coil cylinder, from overflowing inwardly. CONSTITUTION:Slide surfaces 2 are provided on the surface of a commutator plate A, and soldered members 3 are radially outwardly extended from the slide surfaces 2. Overflow preventing members 4 are extended from the soldered members 3 in that portion of the commutator plate A which is a little inside the outer edge thereof. In this structure, the overflow of a bonding agent, which is used to fix the commutator plate A to a coil cylinder 5, can be prevented by the overflow preventing members 4 so that the slide surfaces 2 are never soiled with the bonding agent. When a rotor is in an unbalanced state, the overflow preventing members 4 are removed with laser beam. Thus, the balance of the rotor can be easily controlled.
