Abstract
PURPOSE: To achieve the higher friction resistance of the portions to become thin and the portions in contact with other members and less working processes by applying forging to the members of the bayonet members coupling with the coupling parts on the camera side without depending upon machining.
CONSTITUTION: A bayonet member 6 fitted to a holding ring is provided to the lens-barrel and undergoes fastening to the bayonet jaws on the camera side. A spring member 16 is fixed to the member 6 to absorb the fitting looseness of the time when the lens is mounted to the camera. This member 6 is constituted of the respective three bayonet jaw parts 6A and other parts 6B by leaving a spacing of 120° on the circumference and the jaws 6A on the lens side are engaged with the jaws on the camera side. Forging is applied to these jaw parts 6A and 6B. As a result of this, they withstand the abrasion owing to the slide contact turning of the coupling members on the camera side. Even more, working processes may be reduced because they do not depend upon machining and hard materials such as stainless steel may be used as well.
