Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce a discharging quantity of SOx by a method wherein securing of the actual discharging quantity of SOx is made quicker and a mixing ratio of high and low sulphur heavy oil is changed quickly, in a combustion system wherein combustion control is effected by changing the mixing ratio of the high and low sulphur heavy oil in accordance with the discharging quantity of the SOx.
CONSTITUTION: High sulphur heavy oil and low sulphur heavy oil in tanks 3, 4 are maintained at constant levels always by operations of level meters 5, 6, and are introduced to a mixer 15 through pumps 9, 10, flow meters 11, 12 and regulating valves 13, 14. Here, the regulating valves 13, 14 regulate a mixing ratio of each heavy oil so as to keep a predetermined mixing ratio by a signals from the flow meters 11, 12 and a pressure gauge 16 as well as a blend control device 21 receiving a signal from a computor 20, while regulate an opening of a differntial regulating valve 22 so as to keep a primary side oil pressure thereof in constant. Further, the regulating valves 13, 14 obtain a mixing ratio by a formula; (objective SOx discharging quantity)=2×(allowable SOx discharging quantity)-(measured SOx discharging quantity), and thus determine the mixing ratio of each heavy oil from the formula above described.
