PURPOSE:To obtain the horizontal synchronous pulse signal free from disturbance by using the output of the monostable moltivibrator whose time constant is smaller than one horizontal period and larger than 1/2 horizontal period for the gate signal. CONSTITUTION:The TV signal supplied to input terminal 1 is supplied to synchronous isolating circuit 4, and the output of circuit 4 is supplied to inverter circuit 6 via differentiating circuit 5. And the output of circuit 5 is supplied to monostable moltivibrator 8 via NAND circuit 7. In this case, the time constant of vibrator 8 is set to 1H or more, and at the same time the output of circuit 4 is supplied to differentiating circuit 10 via inverter circuit 9. Then the output of circuit 10 is supplied to clear terminal C of vibrator 8, and the output Q' of vibrator 8 is supplied to monostable multivibrator 11. In this case, the time constant of vibrator 11 is set to 1H or less and H/2 or more each. Then the output of vibrator 11 is supplied to the other input terminal of inverter circuit 12 via circuit 12, and then the output of Q' is supplied to monostable multivibrator 13.
