Abstract
PURPOSE: To take the outer air efficiently into the cabin and to prevent flooding, by providing a surrounding wall projecting above the deck with interval at the outside of rising wall of an opening communicating with a cabin provided at the deck.
CONSTITUTION: A deck section 2 is formed on upper face of hull 1 and an opening 4 is made below the bridge section 3 of said deck 2. A wall 7 rising at the front edge of said opening 4 is integrally formed at the deck 2 where the surrounding wall 3a of the bridge 3 is positioned in front of the rising wall 7 with an interval. Consequently the gap formed by said walls will form a duct 8 through which a vent path conducting with an engine chamber 6 is formed where the rising wall 7 will function as a water stopping wall to prevent the intrusion of water.
