Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease the number of parts as well as to make circuit suitable to be integrated by using a compensation-filter circuit to realize a low-pass compensation characteristic, a high-pass secondary damping characteristic with a single amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A compensation-filter circuit 9 is provided, which removes a ripple of output signal of a speed detection circuit 3 and gives to a motor driving circuit 6 the strengthened low-frequency component including DC. This circuit 9 is so formed that the resistance R1 is connected between an input point a and an inversion input point b of the amplifier 10, and the resistance R2 is connected between an output point and an output terminal d of the amplifier 10, and moreover a capacitor C1 is connected between the input point b and output point c, a capacitor C2 is connected between the output terminal d and a grounding spot of AC-type, and the resistance R3 and a capacitor C3 are connected between the input point b and the output terminal d. Further, when the value of each capacitor is respectively C1, C2, C3, the folding point angle frequency is omegaH, omegaL and 1/(C1C2R2R3)<1/2>=omegaH, 1/C3R3=omegaL, it is set to be omegaL<omegaH/2.
