Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease a stress to be applied on a flexible part and thus to prevent a breakage of a connecting piece by providing a linear part coming in parallel with the directionin which a centrifugal force works on the flexible part consisting of a laminated material at both sides of a central arched section. CONSTITUTION:A flexible connecting piece 6 consisting of a laminated material which connects conductive pieces 10 for an adjacent field coil 3 electrically each other is provided with a linear part 6b2 coming almost in parallel with the direction in which a centrifugal force f works according to rotations of a rotor, thereby connecting a central arched section 6b1 and a bent 6c. A stress working on the flexible part can now be decreased thereby, therefore the connecting piece 6 is free from being broken for opening and closing operations repeated frequently, thus improving reliability.
