Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to exercise excellent control over water distribution by forecasting and correcting a flow rate for one following hour by making use of the cumulative value of the actual flow and the forecasted cumulative value of the flow of distributed water up to the same time with regard to the distributed water control in a purification plant.
CONSTITUTION: Memory 11 is stored with data on the forecasted flow of distributed water of every hour as much as one day, and a signal showing the flow rate at tank outlet 7 is led to a controller by way of process input-output device 10 and input to integrating circuit 13. Then, the arithmetic of the cumulative value of flow rate comes into effect by a signal of every hour from clocking circuit 14 and the arithmetic result is sent to actual flow rate integrating meter 12. Here, forecasting correcting circuit 15 forecasts and corrects the flow rate for one following hour by using the cumulative value of the actual flow up to that point and the forecasted cumulative value of the flow rate of distributed water up to the same time. As a result, the overall outflow from the tank is controlled so as to flow the water into the tank evenly, so that excellent control over water distribution can be exercised without causing the water level of the tank to change greatly.
