CONSTITUTION:During dehydration, the rotating reservoir 10 is rotated at a high speed, and it is supported through the hanging rod 6 and the compression spring 7. Accordingly, when articles A to be dehydrated in the rotating reservoir 10 are disbributed unevenly, they work as an unbalanced load to it. In this case the steel balls 20 will not escape through the tilted escape face 26 due to centrifugal force because of a relatively low centrifugal force by rotation of the rotating reservoir 10.
