PURPOSE:To prevent abnormal vibration at the initial stage of dehydration in the rotating reservoir of a dehydrator in which a plural number of steel balls are placed in the annular case that is concentric with the rotating reservoir, by accomodating those steel balls in such a way as to allow the balls to move freely in the protruding holding portions that are arranged intermittently. CONSTITUTION:During dehydration, the rotating reservoir 10 is rotated at a high speed, and it is supported through the hanging rod 6 and the compression spring 7. Accordingly, when articles A to be dehydrated in the rotating reservoir 10 are disbributed unevenly, they work as an unbalanced load to it. In this case the steel balls 20 will not escape through the tilted escape face 26 due to centrifugal force because of a relatively low centrifugal force by rotation of the rotating reservoir 10. Therefore, each of the steel balls 20 are kept from moving to the periphery of the case 19 by the upright faces 22a, 22a.
