Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable operation to be readily automated by molding a molding with dies in which raised part comes to the underside then turning over the molding and removing the fins produced on the outside circumferential part by trimming dies.
CONSTITUTION: In the case of removing the fins 3 of the outside circumferential part produced through molding with such dies that the raised part 1 comes to the under side, the molding is turned over by using a known turn-over device, thence the molding is placed on the lower die 5 of trimming dies and the fins 3 are trimmed with a punch 4. According to this constitution, the shape of the lower die 5 may be made to the shape advantageous in strength. In addition, this is convenient in fabrication after trimming because the raised part 1 of the upper side may be used as a guide. Conveying pawl shape of the molding becomes simple shape and a series of cycles may be readily automated.
