Abstract
PURPOSE: To control a combustion capacity by regulating a flow rate of air and obtain a stable and clean combustion by a method wherein an air flow regulator capable of variating the flow rate of the air supplied to a fuel vaporizing portion from a blasting means is equipped.
CONSTITUTION: Fuel from a fuel supplying portion 9 to a vaporizing portion 3 is supplied by a lift of capillary action of a porous body A, therefore, a vaporizing amount and a supplying amount thereof are coincided correctly. Air supplied by a fan 11 is supplied to the vaporizing portion 3 through holes of a partitioning plate 14 after regulated by a flow regulator 12. According to such a constitution, a vapor pressure near the fuel vaporizing portion 3 of the porous body A is varied in accordance with a quantity of the air passing through the holes of the partitioning plate 14 and, for instance, when the air flow is increased and the vapor pressure is decreased, a more quantity of the fuel is vaporized. A reversed case can be existing. Thus, a combustion capacity is varied in proportional to the air supplying rate, therefore, a ratio between the air and the fuel in a mixture and a temperature thereof may be kept in constant and a stable combustion may be effected.
