Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The speed detector 2 produces the speed signal S1 according to an output of the tachometer generator 1, and feeds it to the AND circuit 7 of the brake release circuit 9. Also the timer circuit 3 emits the block signal S2 at a fixed time interval and feeds it to both and AND circuit 7 and the power running step-up circuit 4. The power running step-up circuit 4 feeds the output signal S3 to both the release signal generator 8 and the driving force signal generator 8 and the driving force signal circuit 5. When the release signal generator 8 receives the AND signal S5, it provides the first release signal S6 that releases the rolling check brake gradually. Also when the release signal generator 8 receives the power running step-up signal S3 and counts it up to a fixed value, it delivers the second release signal S7 that releases the rolling check brake in a moment.
