Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease the deviation of sensitivity between cells of a detector and reduce a noise due to the leak current, by firmly fixing each detecting cell and improving its positioning accuracy. CONSTITUTION:Flat plate-shaped supports 51, 52 are formed into a curved arc- shape. On said supports 51, 52 are constructed engagement grooves 51a, 52a along the direction of an X-ray path. A focusing electrode 54 and a bias electrode 53 are alternately inserted sheet by sheet into between the engagement grooves 51a, 52a of the supports 51, 52. While into engagement portions between the engagement grooves 51a, 52a and the focusing electrode 54 and bias electrode 53, an adhesive agent 55 is filled.
