Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a low pollution and low fuel consumption engine by providing a cooling chamber above engine combustion chamber while applying a heat insulator on the suface of piston to maintain high temperature in the combustion chamber and the sufer of piston, thereby enabling the firing and explosion of thin fuel.
CONSTITUTION: The suction gas to be used for cooling will cool the partition board 7 and an oil pan 26 for valve in the cooling chamber above combustion chamber, and prevents the overheating of exhaust valve guide 14 by cooling the exhaust port 18. While at the combustion chamber covering section 11, suction gas strikes from the portion to be overheated near the exhaust port 18 thus to prevent the overheating of tightly fitted exhaust valve 21. The gas which cooled each portion in such a manner enters upon opening of suction valve into the combustion chamber 13 and heated, while during compression process it absorves heat from inner wall of the combustion chamber 13 and the insulator 7 for preventing the transmission of buring heat from the piston body thus becomes high temperature, thereby even thin mixed gas can be fired and exploded.
