Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable increase compression rate of video information and to constitute easy to see picture by reducing unnaturality, by increasing the ratio of matched expected value through the addition of expected signal to the means digitizing the picture information. CONSTITUTION:The list where discriminating the expected video element as 0 or 1 to all the combination of the reference picture is stored in the memory unit of the expection unit 7. The optical signal is converted into electric signal with the photo electric conversion unit 4 and binarized with the binary unit 5. The picture signal binarized is stored in the memory 6 and delivered to the expection unit 7. The expection signal is produced and fed to the comparator 8 where it is compared with actual value, and coding is made by delivering coincidence or uncoincidence signal to the coder 9, and it is delivered to the reception end via the buffer memory 10.
