Abstract
PURPOSE:To attain the shading correction with a low-cost device by securing the image formation for the reflected light from the white color diffusion plate onto the exclusive solid state line image sensor of a low resolution and then using the output signal for the shading correction signal. CONSTITUTION:The driving signal from generator SG of the driving signal is supplied to the 1st solid state line image sensor IS1 via driving circuit DR1; and the driving signal from generator SG is supplied to the 2nd solid state line image sensor IS2 via driving circuit DR2 after divided by I/N divider Div. Then the output signal of sensor IS1 is amplified by amplifier A1 and then applied to divider 9 as the dividend signal; and the output signal of sensor IS2 is amplified by amplifier A2 and then applied to divider 9 as the dividend signal. Thus the picture information signal is transmitted with no shading and in the form of the output signal of divider 9.
