CONSTITUTION:Circuit switching unit 20 is equipped with switching units 10 and 11, and selection switch groups 12 and 13 for switching command signals. Switch groups 12 and 13 provide random connections, and one of switching command signals 0, 1, 2, and 3 is supplied to the input terminal of unit 20 so as to select either specific in-use or stand-by communication controller CCU. For example, the switching of CCU0 and CCU1 systems is brought under the control of switching command signals 0 and 1. Namely, signals 0 and 1 supplied to the input terminal turn ON relay circuit 14 or 15 by way of the fixed path (dotted line) of switch 12 to change in-use CCU0 over to stand-by CCU0 or in-use CCU1 over to stand-by CCU1.
