Abstract
PURPOSE: To operate and detect the tension at high accuracy, by obtaining the tension torque arm so as to make the torque arm to be the untensioned torque arm, at an arbitrary clock time during the rolling work.
CONSTITUTION: The front tension Ti is induced from the rolling torque Gi, the rolling load Pi, the torque arm, the front tension torque, arm, the back tension torque arm, and the back tension, with respect to the i-th stand 2.
