Since dimension precision of lower edges 4 and spacers 6 generate cumulative error, they are finished very precisely, and their face roughness is finished very finely. Therefore, spacer 6 is constituted by ceramic of the oxide system, and it is essential that this material strength has a tensile strength of 10kg/mm2 or more at least. As ceramic of the oxide system, the Al2O3 system is suitable considering easiness of manufacture and economy.
