Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a logical operation circuit where a diode is connected between the input point of an inverter transistor and the input terminal for the purpose of shortening the rise time and the fall time of the output signal of the logical operation circuit. CONSTITUTION:When input signal iN becomes Low, point C is lowered to VBEoff or less the due to clamp diodes D4 and D5 independently of transistors TrQ1 and Q2.
